COAXIAL CURRENT PROBE

The CAP Coaxial Current Probe is used to achieve accurate measurement of the current waveform within a 50-ohm coaxial cable. The unit minimizes perturbation of the current to be measured. The standard unit is provided with SMA female connectors. Other connectors such as SMA male, BNC, TNC, etc. (either male or female) can be supplied on request.

Either a one-ohm (CAP-1) or 5-ohm (CAP-5) transfer impedance current probe may be selected to provide measurement bandwidth from 20 kHz up to 200 MHz.
