CCP COAXIAL
CURRENT PROBE FIXTURE

The CCP current probe fixture is used to achieve accurate measurement of the current waveform within a 50-ohm coaxial cable. The unit minimizes perturbation of the current to be measured. A standard GR “tee” shell is used for the fixture; however, a Type N connector is used for the current probe signal output.

The unit comes complete with one current probe. Either a one-ohm (CTP-1) or 5-ohm (CTP-5) transfer impedance current probe may be selected to provide measurement bandwidth from 20 kHZ to 400 MHz (Data Sheet 1132). The unit also includes an adapter sleeve to facilitate noise measurement.
